At Spoiled Temptress, we want you to love your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, all sales are final.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
All sales are final once an order has been placed.
For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel, bodysuits, fishnets, lingerie-inspired pieces, and similar garments cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted if you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged.
To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Approved exchanges must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will review your claim and provide a replacement or store credit if approved.

Sizing

Please review all sizing information carefully before placing your order.
Most of our pieces are designed as One Size Fits Most and feature stretchy materials intended to accommodate a range of body types.
Fit may vary depending on body shape, measurements, and the specific style of the garment.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
